Member ProtectioN

As an Affiliated Club of ANU Sport, the ANU Boat Club has adopted ANU Sport policies, including the Member Protection Policy and its Attachments. These can be found on the ANU Sport Policy and Procedure web page.

Additionally, as a Member Club of Rowing ACT, the Club is bound to Rowing Australia’s policies, including the Member Protection Policy and Complaints Disputes and Discipline Policy. These can be found on the Rowing Australia Policy web page.

The ANU Boat Club does not tolerate conduct such as abuse, bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, unlawful discrimination, victimisation, or vilification, and will act to protect our members from this conduct wherever possible.

Members who wish to report prohibited conduct may do so informally (including with the support of a Member Protection Information Officer), make a formal complaint in writing to the ANU Sport CEO, or lodge a complaint with Sport Integrity Australia.

We encourage anyone with a complaint related to Member Protection to first contact one of our qualified Member Protection Information Officers, Stuart John and Liz Blower. This can be done by completing and submitting the form below. Please provide your name and best method of contact. You can submit issues anonymously but these cannot be investigated or have any actions taken.
